Join us and make a tangible impact with your expertise!Cetera s D+I siteWhat you will do:Manage portfolio of DEIB programs and events, including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering measurable results. Scale, organize, promote and moderate company-wide programming and eventsPartner with industry-leading community organizations to promote, facilitate and measure volunteer impacts.Measure program effectiveness through quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods and communicate the impact of solutions to business leadersIdentify diversity best practices and benchmarks and translate metrics, research, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate across functional lines, both inside and outside of Cetera Financial Group. Some examples include partnering with:
HR leadership team to integrate DEIB across all people practices across the employee lifecycle and refine policies and processes with an inclusion lens.Talent Acquisition team to source, hire and onboard new hires from a broad talent pool.Learning and development team to deliver impactful learning programs that cultivate a culture of respect and inclusive behavior.Marketing and Communications to align messaging and increase awareness of DEIB efforts with all audiences internally and externally.Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to build programs and drive engagement.Advisor Council and Advisor Resource Groups (ARGs) to ensure connection and cohesiveness of efforts, including those impacting the community.Advisor Growth organization on any field-facing efforts.Make recommendations for when to build versus buy program solutions and manage vendor relationships, consultants, contracts, and budget as needed.Travel when required, during peak times of program rollouts or events.Oversee the annual DEIB plan and budget, while incorporating strategies to increase team member engagementWhat you will need to have:7+ years of HR experience with a minimum of 4
years leading DEIB initiatives.A demonstrated track record of success in developing and leading a broad range of large-scale/enterprise DEIB programs/projects including building and reporting on KPIs and key metrics to show outcomes.3
years of experience directly managing employees.3
years of managing HR projects end to endBachelor s Degree or equivalent post-secondary experience.In-Depth knowledge and experience in building and supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate data, translate metrics, research, and trends into recommendations and improvement opportunities.CompensationThe salary range for this role is $165,000 - $180,000, plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
