HB Staffing is seeking an Executive Secretary to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Provide high-level administrative support
- Manage the schedules of one or more professionals
- Write and respond to routine correspondence
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling and syntax improvements
- Arrange meeting logistics and book travel accommodation as needed
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate department/employee
- Greet customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- File documents according to standards and run myriad reports
- Take meeting minutes
- Maintain a clean, orderly and organized workspace
- Plan events and book entertainment as needed
- Prepare and send invoices/bills to clients
