HB Staffing is seeking an Executive Secretary to join a growing and dynamic team!



Job Description:



  • Provide high-level administrative support
  • Manage the schedules of one or more professionals
  • Write and respond to routine correspondence
  • Proofread documents for grammar, spelling and syntax improvements
  • Arrange meeting logistics and book travel accommodation as needed
  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate department/employee
  • Greet customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • File documents according to standards and run myriad reports
  • Take meeting minutes
  • Maintain a clean, orderly and organized workspace
  • Plan events and book entertainment as needed
  • Prepare and send invoices/bills to clients
