Summary:
Our team is seeking a highly motivated PhD Level Scientist, to contribute to the discovery and development of novel small-molecule drugs to address unmet medical needs in immune/inflammation mediated diseases. The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing and executing in vivo and in vitro studies in support of target validation, lead discovery /lead optimization efforts. The candidate thrives in a collaborative team setting and is driven by a desire to be innovative in a biotech environment.
Requirements
Education and Experience requirements:
  • PhD in pharmacology, immunology, immuno-oncology, biology or related discipline, post-doctoral experience, and 3-5 years of biotech/ pharma experience
  • Drug discovery experience in immunology/ immuno-oncology is strongly desired. Candidates in academic settings with strong accomplishments will also be considered.
  • Design, implement, and characterize small molecules in short term studies for pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics, demonstrate efficacy in disease-relevant in vivo models and finally conduct ex vivo studies to define mechanism of action.
  • Proven technical skills for in vivo research, including in vivo drug administration by multiple routes (such as IV, SQ, IP, IT, PO), and blood/tissue collection is required. Small animal surgical experience is a plus.
  • Experienced in designing, developing, performing, and analyzing in vivo/ex vivo studies, use of contemporary cellular and molecular, immunological techniques, RNA analysis, flow cytometry, protein analysis by Western/MSD/ELISA, and associated data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, mentor junior associates and colleagues and interface with CROs as needed.
  • Proactive, high attention to detail, excellent organizational and record keeping skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications, FlowJo, and GraphPad Prism

Pay &
Benefits:
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $145,000 depending on relevant skills, experience, and education. In addition, this position is eligible for target bonus, long-term-incentives, 401k retirement savings plan with company match, and a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
