Join the Wireless Technologies and Ecosystems organization and drive innovation that matters. As part of the Wireless team you we will be working on building solutions for Wireless technologies.Key QualificationsExperience as an Interoperability Development and Test or Systems Engineer or equivalentDeep knowledge in cellular protocol stack, including but not limited to, PHY/MAC/RLC/RRC/NAS procedures as well as end to end system knowledge (5G NR, LTE, WCDMA)Past work experience in projects involving infrastructure vendors and/or chipset/OEMExperience of hands-on experience testing wireless technologies (5G-NR, LTE, UMTS, WiFi-calling, IMS etc.)Hands-on experience working with cellular infrastructure vendors on algorithm development and feature improvementsExcellent log analysis, troubleshooting, analytical skillsScripting skills in Perl, Python or Shell is a plusConsistent track record of project work from concept to commercializationThrive in a collaborative environment and can clearly communicate while deftly driving multiple projects across many teamsDiligently hardworking and inquisitive, and seek to solve everyday problems in innovative waysLaser-focused on the smallest details that are significant to our customersDescriptionWe are looking for a reciprocal individual who can get results and innovation in a high-paced environment. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,500.00 and $243,300.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
