The VP, Software Engineering, Platform will lead, inspire, and grow the team responsible for building the platform where the real estate industry comes to do business.
Appfolio leads the industry in using advanced technology, and this leader is responsible for the core community of AI, Data, core services, Developer Experience, and continuous delivery professionals.

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
A proven track record in platform engineering leadership, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong strategic vision and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a passion for developing and nurturing talent.
Excellent written and in-person communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is:
$175,000 - $300,000.
The actual base salary for this role may vary greatly to account for the wide range of skills, experience, and qualifications that candidates may possess at this level.
