RESPONSIBILITIES:- Support Total Preventive and Maintenance Program and acts as the lead for the team of technicians in improving equipment performance. - Evaluate, inspect, maintain, analyze and improve various types of equipment, including electronic and mechanical. - General duties include monitoring and overseeing of existing equipment and the production of new equipment, as well as coordinating extensive and complex calibrations and repairs. - Schedule preventative maintenance, coordinate upgrades and enhancements in equipment. - Provides expertise at engineering level to optimize OEE. - Provides decision-making information to management by calculating capacity, performance, and equipment costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements. - Confers with vendors to determine specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts, and evaluates equipment according to specifications and quality standards. REQUIREMENTS:- B.S. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Automotive), or equivalent experience. - 4 years or equivalent

manufacturing equipment experience. - Understanding PLC, ACDC motors, pneumatic systems, and sensors. - Experience with SMD pick and place machines, reflow ovens and selective soldering equipment. - History of root cause analysis and implementation of effective corrective actions. - Knowledgeable in use of QCC, FMEA, SPC tools and project management.
