Inbound Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Einstein Medical is actively seeking an experienced and driven inbound marketer capable of creating ad copy and managing multiple advertising campaigns across paid networks, social media, and retargeting services. Responsibilities include planning, creating, and analysis of ads and campaigns.
Ideal Candidate Skills:
Adwords Certification or equivalent experience
Experience in Facebook advertising and social content marketing
Working knowledge of retargeting and remarketing services such as Adroll, ReTargeter, Chango, etc.
Proficient in inbound marketing software such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.
Experience with email marketing campaign software, CRM applications, and analytics.
Strong hands-on keyboard experience in managing multiple ad campaigns.
Ability to analyze and improve upon metrics such as CTR, goal conversion rate, and other interaction metrics.
Communicate strategy and performance to the marketing team and senior leadership to continue to drive and evolve the campaigns.
Strong focus on writing quality creative copy geared at increasing engagement and product awareness.
Skilled at searching for and choosing appropriate imagery that matches the messaging of the creative copy.
Experience with project management and task assignment activities.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
