Demand Generation / Marketing Operations - Rapid growth opportunity
Job Description:
PayLease, LLC (www.paylease.com) is seeking a Demand Generation / Marketing Operations candidate who will be responsible for email creation and delivery.
This role has rapid growth potential within the Marketing department.
Essential Functions:
Implement, and manage email marketing programs and automated nurture campaigns focused on driving demand.
Drive best practices in marketing automation implementation and data management.
Leverage a 'test, measure, and refine' approach with regular reports and recommendations to constantly improve program results and increase the impact of marketing on revenue and profitability.
Ability to build email and landing page layouts with ease, as well as, making sure to support multiple browsers/email clients and are mobile compatible.
Work with the web team to drive deeper Marketo integration into the website to improve lead quality and visibility of lead sources and activities.
Execute highly effective direct response programs to significantly increase lead flow and pipeline generation.
Research and propose new marketing program ideas along with data, costs, and estimated ROI to execute these programs.
Become the expert on, and internal champion of PayLease's marketing automation solution.
Implement and refine lead scoring and manage systems for handing off leads to salesforce.com.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors Degree required, Advanced Degree preferred.
At least 3 years of experience using Marketo
Familiar/Experienced with CRM Platforms. Salesforce Preferred.
B.A. in Marketing, Business or Organizational Development or B.S in Computer Science or equivalent
Self-motivated, highly driven and self-assured.
Excellent project management abilities.
Ability to successfully manage and deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and planning skill with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience creating HTML and CSS emails, creating templates within automation tools, and developing automated nurture campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform ROI analysis and identify tactics for constant improvement.
Motivated self-starter with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
Highly analytical, comfortable with data, and excellent at producing reports and analysis.
Passion for delivering results and driving internal and external customer success.
Ability to effectively accomplish goals while working in a team-based, open-office environment.
Pay Rate: DOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
