Job Duties:
Develop new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new applications and sales strategies.
Contribute to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
Utilize best practices with National Account Management planning including: account forecasting, planning and management, the selling process, the post-sales implementation process, deal economics, metrics, and sale reporting tools.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience in an individual contributor role selling lead generation solutions to online direct marketers preferably in a pay-for-performance model.
Proven track record of generating more than $10 million in annual revenue.
Ability to work in smaller, raod growth company with an entrepreneurial environment
Ability to travel approximately 25%.
Consultative seller able to understand the buyers' metrics and suggest improvements.
Analytical skills and intimate knowledge of metrics underlying performance marketing.
Up for the challenge of hitting ambitious yet obtainable metric driven goals.
Represent the company in a wide variety of ways including at client meetings, dinners, events and networking gatherings.
Other Job Requirements:
Minimum typing of 50 wpm and ability to work with MS Office and Windows or similar programs.
Knowledge of correct grammar and punctuation
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Must be able to stand, sit, bend, stretch, and/or type without limitations
