San Diego-CA-US The Process Engineer will develop industrial processes, including designing equipment, understanding the reactions taking place, installing control systems and starting, running and upgrading the processes; ensures all processes, equipment and supporting systems operate to their maximum effectiveness, within specified safety and cost constraints, and that all products are of the desired quality; performs evaluations and analysis of processes related to issues in electronic systems and assemblies; determine and implement corrective actions to improve processes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and DUTIES:
Interface with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers and material suppliers to determine correct changes to modify and enhance manufacturability of products; accountable for yields of highly complex processes.
2.Develop processes with design guidelines that promote process capability including creating, checking and releasing formal documentation.
3.Perform detailed Design of Experiments (DOE) and analyze results using statistical methodology.
4.Provide fixture design concepts to mechanical engineering and drafting.
5.Share process and idea of concepts to manufacturing support and development engineering during design and prototype phase of early manufacturing.
6.Participate in safety training and comply with safety policies and practices.
7.Collaborate in team meetings and activities, including SET team support as appropriate.
8.Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
(The following qualifications can be acquired and demonstrated through experience, education and/or vocational training as noted or as appropriate.) 1.Ten (10) years of micro-electronic manufacturing environment experience, including electronic packaging of PCB's, microwave, hybrids, ceramics and Duroid materials; understanding of materials used in micro-electronic circuits and assemblies such as epoxies and solders as well as manufacturing processes and equipment, required; Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or related discipline, a plus;
2.Leadership skills:

3.Communication skills:
ability to receive messages by telephone, in person, electronically and in writing; ask questions and rephrase statements to clarify meaning; ability to read, interpret and comprehend complex written technical publications; communicate across organizational levels; ability to communicate with quality, integrity and respect in a way that inspires others and encourages innovation and possibilities;
4.Computer skills:
working in a networked environment using a Windows and/or Windows like interface using Power Point, Excel and Word software programs at an intermediate to advance level; ability to work with Enterprise-wide systems such as SAP, a plus;
5.Math & Analytical skills:
intermediate mathematical skills, including statistical analysis; review and compare data to identify inconsistencies and determine priorities; ability to collect, analyze and summarize information to a general understanding; ability to think abstractly and separate complex ideas into simple elements;
6.Time Management and Organizational skills:
flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments; ability to maintain confidentiality; work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information;

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
