ManTech is currently seeking Experienced Project Manager for our operations in San Diego, CA.
Overview &
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the performance of relatively small technical projects or a definable portion of a larger technical program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives. Responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development by leading relatively small proposals or assisting with major proposals.
Required
Experience:
Ten (10) years of direct work experience with C5ISR relevant technical field.
Eight (8) years of direct work experience, to include: Design, Development, Production, Installation, and Test & Evaluation of relevant technical field.
Four (4) years as manager of task specific project, to include: Supervising Project Personnel, Scheduling Work, Writing Proposals and Preparing Bids, and Equipment and Material Logistics Control.
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures. Note: Experience may be concurrent.
Required Education & Certifications:
BS degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, or Management Information Systems. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
