Part Time Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Part Time Sales Specialist (20-25 hours per week) to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have the ability and desire to help people customize their car, truck or SUV through a consultative sales experience. We are looking for team members who can deliver an incredible customer experience while demonstrating success in a KPI driven sales environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Manage 30
inbound calls per day with consumers looking for aftermarket, replacement or accessory parts
Build rapport with each caller to help create a more personal experience
Ask qualifying/discovery questions to each customer to accurately determine the correct item as well as complimentary items
Provide insight to customers on features and benefits of competing parts
Maintain quality of service by consistently demonstrating the AutoAnything approved sales process
Multi-task as needed to search part information while maintaining conversation with the customer
Overcome objections by addressing customer concerns
QUALIFICATIONS
1 or more years of Sales or Retail experience
Automobile parts/accessories knowledge a plus
Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
High School diploma or equivalent required
Flexible schedule needed (Nights and weekends availability required)
