Sr. Healthcare Consultant-Catalyst

Job Responsibilities
Understand all services within the Haskell Healthcare Operating Unit (Catalyst) both individually and as a continuum of services across the company
Leverage Catalyst's services to provide clients with comprehensive solutions.
Participate and/or lead various Catalyst services and products for healthcare clients. Oversees project activities and functions as liaison between clients and individual project teams.
Discuss client needs with Practice Directors to create new services or product offerings as needed.
Orchestrate the development of service line specific strategic and/or operational projects and products.
Support client prospecting by networking in defined markets to promote awareness and selection of Catalyst services.
Partner with clients to integrate Catalyst's management consulting services and products with clinical, operational, facility and technology solutions.
Determine and understand client needs and work with Practice Directors to create internal teams that address those needs.
Review data analyses and participates in delivering service line or departmental specific recommendations based on industry trends and opportunities within the local market.
Work with the Catalyst's Practice Directors to manage internal teams to meet the client's needs, financial budgets, and time lines.
Lead and/or assist in the development of marketing proposals and participates in new business development functions such as new project interviews.
Promote the internal dissemination of healthcare knowledge and information through leading and teaching within Haskell's Education Division.
Maintain existing client portfolio and build relationships within that portfolio.
Work with Marketing and Business Development Team to:
Find and create new opportunities within a client portfolio or with a new client
Develop new client relationships
Support the integrity and use of internal tracking systems by updating business development leads (Cosential).
Travel requirements are approximately 1-2 nights/week and currently focused on the western domestic market.
Education/Experience Candidates must possess a graduate degree such as an MHA, MBA or MPH and a minimum of 6-8 years of well-respected healthcare strategic and/or operational consulting experience or within a healthcare provider setting, including a proven ability to lead and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
