Responsibilities
Lead all technical and programmatic activities associated with the DCGS-N, Inc 2 development tasks executed across a geographically dispersed team- Provide the principle interface to all government personnel engaged in DCGS-N, Inc 2 activities- Lead subcontract management and performance execution for 6-10 subcontractors- Identify risks, issues, and gaps in technical development, deliveries, staffing, schedule, and cost performance and apply appropriate risk management and mitigation as necessary- Maintain responsibility for technical execution and cost performance through out the life of the program.- Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly status to Government and Vencore executive team- Provide oral and written communications as required- Work with internal Vencore recruiters and subcontractors to completely staff the program.
Qualifications
Requires BA/BS with 12 to15 years, with at least six plus years as a manager. Incumbent will have a specialized knowledge in one or more fields of disciplines and general knowledge in a number of others.
US citizenship required- TS/SCI cleared (eligible as a minimum)- PM certification or equivalent highly desirable- Former US Navy experience required- Recent familiarity with DCGS-N highly desirable- Software development experience highly desired with Agile experience a plus- Development experience should include SW delivery under cost and schedule performance measures- Demonstrated ability to provide Oral and Written communications

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
