Electronics Technician (Senior)

Responsible for capturing trainer operational status and fault details. Collect pertinent log, archive, system files and equipment conditions for detailed analysis when faults occur. Provide prompt response to operational failures. Use lowest replaceable units to complete corrective maintenance. Perform system administration duties on training equipment IAW government requirements. Prepare assessments on trainer equipment damages. Record and track all preventive maintenance activities using collaborate database/programs such as Electronic Schedule. Develop and or revise various documents such as Standard Operating Procedures necessary to support the training site. Procure, track and maintain site assets.
Secret clearance is required.
Candidates must have minimum of eight years of professional experience working as an Electronics Technician in providing technical support related to the design, development, production, or testing of shipboard systems. This must include six years full-time hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, repairing, and/or testing of any one major shipboard system/equipment. The requirement for full time experience precludes concurrent experience on more than one system/equipment unless they are all equivalent in complexity and maintenance philosophy. Candidate must have above average expertise in Microsoft Office applications particularly MS Power Point, MS Excel and MS Word (e.g. development of forms). Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with Outlook, Access, Project and Visio. Strong analytical, problem solving, and writing skills are critical. Personal characteristics:
initiative, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, capable of working under pressure, ability to multitask. Secret clearance is required. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Certified at Information Assurance (IA) Workforce IA Technician Level 2 is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
