Repair Technician
Praxair Distribution, Inc., a subsidiary of Praxair, Inc., a Fortune 300 company that supplies atmospheric, process, specialty gases, high-performance coatings, and related services & technologies is seeking a Repair Technician to join our team in San Diego, CA.
Welder Repair Technicians will rebuild, repair and maintain welding products and systems distributed by Praxair Distribution, Inc. The Repair Technician will perform maintenance/repairs at Praxair Distribution Inc. Plants, Branches and Customer locations
Repair Technician
Ensures a safe work environment by following Praxair health and safety guidelines
Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs all welding products and systems distributed by Praxair
Orders necessary parts to complete repairs
Performs warranty repairs
High School Degree/GED required
Prior Welding Repair experience is strongly preferred
Industrial Gas experience is preferred
Strong electrical/mechanical background desired
Strong communication skills are required
