HEALTH SYSTEM SPECIALIST
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience analyzing healthcare program development and management to identify improvement opportunities; Experience utilizing computer applications, referential databases, and other networking programs to extract and analyze data; Experience applying a wide range of administrative laws, policies, and regulations to the management of public health care programs; Experience conducting and evaluating studies to measure accomplishments, results and effectiveness; and Experience applying oral and written communication skills to achieve program goals and objectives.
