Position
Summary:
The Inventory Coordinator supports daily inventory activities related to product flow and physical inventory location, and is responsible for maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy.
As directed, the Inventory Coordinator also provides administrative support for warehouse functions.
Ensure Enterprise Resources Planning System (ERP) accurately reflects physical inventory of all product (internally and externally).
Investigate discrepancies between the ERP System and the physical count/location of product to determine root cause of the error; work with management to implement corrective action.
Coordinate transfers of inventory in the ERP System with the physical movement of stock.
Lead cycle counting and other inventory audit activities.
As directed, conduct random location audits outside of regular cycle counts.
Perform adjustments to inventory for approved inventory adjustment requests.
Function as a key inventory resource.
Review expiration dates of Inventory and initiate scrap process when necessary.
Support daily inventory and warehouse activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all related standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Continually work to achieve goals; meet unscheduled peaks in workload as necessary to ensure timely release.
Ensure inventory priorities are address accordingly.
Ensure safe working conditions throughout the department at all times; adhere to all safety policies and procedures and support safety training and inanities.
Support special projects as assigned by management.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and all related SOPs.
Identify inventory and warehouse issues and work to implement corrective action.
Work cross-functionally to resolve inventory and warehouse issues as necessary.
Ensure and maintain compliance with the Companys quality system requirements through training and adherence to policies, procedures and processes.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training/education a plus.
Three (3) to five (5) years previous related inventory/warehouse experience within a regulated medical device manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Familiarity with GDP and GMP a preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and large Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system.
Good written and verbal communication.
Good math skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to identify and correct problems.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
