Greeters/Hosts/Hostesses are responsible for greeting and hosting guests.
Greeters utilize Din Tai Fung's text message waiting system to check in guests and seat them at the assigned tables in a manner that promotes maximum efficiency and table turnover to ultimately reduce wait times and provide a great experience for the guest.

All Restaurant Service Positions candidates, including Server candidates, will be hired with the Front of House Support Staff job title and will be responsible for all duties related to the Busser, Cashier, Greeter, Food Runner/Expo, and Setter support positions.
All Front of House Support Staff will be promoted based on performance.
