The Community Reinvestment Act (Company) Lending Director will play a prominent role in identifying and implementing strategies to ensure the Bank achieves Company lending goals.
Collaborates with the Company Department to develop loan programs and products to meet the needs of the minority and underserved communities.
Responsible for the execution of the Bank's Company lending strategies and ensuring achievement of plan goals.
Direct the Bank's Diverse Markets Lending Team to address gaps or weaknesses in the Bank's performance and individually source loans, as required, to meet Company strategic goals.
Monitor performance and regularly report oCompanyomes to management.
Develop and maintain bi-directional relationships to increase lending activity and business referral opportunities.
RESPONISIBILITIESCollaborate with the Company Department to develop loan programs and products that meet the needs of the minority and underserved communities consistent with the Bank's Company strategic goals.
Responsible for the execution of the Bank's Company lending plan and ensuring achievement of plan goals.
Direct the Bank's Diverse Markets Lending Team to ensure sustained outreach efforts are aligned with Company lending goals and are focused on addressing gaps or weaknesses.
Individually source loans, as required, to meet Company strategic goals.
Develop and maintain bi-directional relationships with community based organizations, including Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), to increase lending activity and business referral opportunities.
Represent the Bank at community events and champion service opportunities throughout the Bank.
Serve as key educational resource to the Diverse Markets Lending Team on small business lending, community development lending and other programs and products.
Regularly meet with Diverse Markets Lending Team to assess performance, challenges, and identify solutions to address gaps or weaknesses.
Provide management with timely information about performance, challenges and recommendations.
Keep abreast of community lending needs and market trends in minority and underserved communities.
Participates in necessary education and training events to attain/maintain essential work- related knowledge and information.
Responsible for maintaining an awareness of Company related developments and industry trends through reading, classes, webinars and seminars.
QUALIFICATIONS5
years of experience in Company small business or community development lending in a publicly-held corporation required.
3
years Leadership/Management experience preferredKnowledge of commercial Company regulatory lending requirements for a large bank required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
