Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include cleaning (dust, mop, vacuum, etc.
) guest rooms, walkways, public areas, dining halls, planning and preparing linens for guests.
The ability to assist with light maintenance is a plus, but not required.
General
Responsibilities:
Keep all guest cabins, public areas, dining hall, and office clean, sanitized and well stockedFollow all company and department policies and procedures for safety and performanceAssist with monthly equipment and supply inventoriesDocument and reports maintenance issues in a timely mannerCommunicate effectively with hosts to ensure guest needs are metRespond to and handles guest complaints with a guest first attitudeJob Type:

Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions:
Capable of significant walking over uneven terrainAbility to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)Frequently lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally team lift/move 50 poundsManage physical activities such as standing, some bending, stooping, and stretching as well as daily exposure to the sun and heat and varying environmental conditionsVarying schedule to include evenings, holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business dictatesWear protective clothing and/or Personal Protective Equipment required by the work environment or governmental regulationsAbility to safely work with sensitive materials and/or chemicalsGeneral
