Summary:
Under the direction of the Vice President Training and Development the Program and Implementation Manager assesses industry trends and makes recommendations for new and existing professional development, continuing education, and customized education related products and services based on current and future needs.
The Program and Implementation Manager is involved with all stages of a product's life cycle including market research, identifying new ideas, gaps in services, conducting product needs assessments, and recommending new products.
This role will perform market research to assess the potential demand, develop proposals for new products/services, collaborate on product development of education related products, recommend pricing, coordinate efforts with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the products/services will fit with existing organizational strategies and meet industry expectations.
This position will be responsible for assisting leadership in preparing regular environmental assessments that include extensive detail on competitors, industry trends and important regulatory insights.
Responsible for Performance Evaluation Analysis including post launch ROI validation, client/learner feedback, and assessment for learning objectives being met.
The Vice President, Workforce Education Solutions Training and Development provides general oversight concerning objectives and projects for this position and completes an annual evaluation of position.
Essential Functions:
Identifies industry trends for incorporation into customized education, continuing education, certificates, and assessment of prior learning credit.
Collaborates cross-functionally to drive development of new professional development courses, customized education programs, continuing education, and related products/services from conception to market launch.
Collaborates with members of the WES, marketing, finance, legal, and/or academic teams to develop proposals with content that is complete, accurate, and timely.
Creates and manages the pipeline of new products including professional development courses, customized education, continuing education, and related products/services, to ensure successive annual rollouts of value-added profitable products, to achieve 5-year growth plan targets.
Develop, maintain and update new product development process to ensure new programs/products/services are available to be introduced and commercialized.
Develops proposals, bids, quotations, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients.
Manages complex projects in a cross-functional team environment.
Works closely with WES leadership and clients on design, distribution, and product specifications and changes as needed.
Identifies marketing opportunities by analyzing and defining the total market, market share, competitor market share, and available market share by product market Leads data gathering for competitive intelligence activities, becoming an internal expert in competitors' products, pricing, trends, and industry needs across product lines.
Researches and assesses national trends in adult education and national competitor's offerings, strategies, strengths and weaknesses.
Provides briefings to leadership on current programmatic (cost, schedule, customer relations, etc.
) status of ongoing projects.

None Requirements:
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in a business, education, or related discipline preferred.

years of relevant experience in academic or service product management.
One to three (1-3) years of professional experience in higher education preferred Experience in project management, leading cross function teams, and using a product development process preferred.
Technical / Functional Skills Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive action.
Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage tradeoffs.
Competencies Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills as well as effective written and verbal communications.
Requires the ability to plan, prioritize, and assign work in order to meet yearly plans, academic calendars, schedules, and timelines.
Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, using data and information from multiple sources, translating insights into actionable intelligence.
Ability to manage complex projects in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience developing project and product proposals, assessing for market/industry need, and alignment with organizational strategic and operational planning.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize work and ensure products are delivered on time and within cost requirements.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
