My property has a large backyard with seating areas, gardens, and direct access to a park. Features: Private Bedrooms & Bathroom: You will have your own cozy bedrooms and a private bathroom in a sub-level walk-out suite. The entry to your room is private and accessed through the backyard. Comfortable Accommodation: The suite is furnished with 2 queen beds, complete with sheets, blankets, and pillows. For your convenience, we provide high-speed WiFi, cable TV with Netflix, window fans, a space heater, blackout privacy shades, white noise machines, and earplugs. Mini Kitchenette: Your space includes a mini kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a drip coffee machine. I also provide dishes and utensils. Shared Living Space: You are welcome to use the shared living room located upstairs at any time. Upstairs, you also have access to the kitchen, dining room, and another bathroom. These spaces are shared with 3-5 others, including Airbnb guests, long-term guests, and myself. In the shared kitchen, you'll find a stove, oven, and all the essentials, including pots and pans, oil, salt, pepper. Additional Information: The rental can accommodate up to 3 people, although the price may vary for groups larger than 2. You will have an off-street parking spot House is a mile away from the beach The bathroom has low ceilings and may not be comfortable for people over 5' 7" The house is below the airline's flight path, and with the street, you will hear cars passing. A white noise machine, fans, and earplugs are provided, however if you are especially sensitive to vehicle or airplane noise this is not the place for you. To get from your parking spot to your studio, you'll walk down 23 steps. You will walk up 2 steps to enter into your bathroom.
