Cozy 3 bed - 2 bath fully furnished home in a quiet neighborhood. Available for 6 months only, March 1 to September 10. There is a master bedroom with an attached master bathroom. Two other bedrooms are currently set up as offices but can be converted back to bedrooms; we have a queen-size murphy bed in one of them and a spare queen mattress in the other. There is a second full bathroom just off the main entry hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer (plus there is a large additional freezer in the garage as well), stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and utensils. The house has a semi-open floorplan, with large sliding glass doors providing access to the outside. The backyard is set up for entertainment with a seating area and dining area, each with fire tables. There is a washer and dryer, and ample street parking. The neighborhood is safe and provides easy access to the 5 and 52 freeways (the drive to UCSD is around 15 minutes). Utilities (gas, water, electricity, Internet) are not yet included in the rent and need to be paid directly to the owner. We do not have cable TV but you can stream via the Wifi. The home is fully furnished but we can discuss unfurnished options. No smoking, no pets please.
