I am a a 26 year old woman who works from home, keeps the house very well kept and organized, and have two well-trained and happy dogs. The house sits on corner lot with good outdoor space and a private side patio for outdoor enjoyment. Included with the house are a combo washer/dryer unit, garage for storage, wall furnace for heating, ceiling fans in all rooms, fiber optic WiFi, whole house water softener, and RO/filtered water dispenser for drinking. Parking is on the street and there is always plenty. It's a great house and location! Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops and grocery stores in Mission Hills and Hillcrest. Freeway access is only 2 minutes away. Water and garbage are included in rent, all other utilities are shared. House has solar so electrical bills are very low. Non-smoker strongly preferred.
