This driver comes equipped with a 289cid, 2-barrel, V-8 engine, dual exhaust, and an automatic transmission guaranteeing an exhilarating driving experience like no other.
The signature scent and sound of raw power when you're driving it is all legendary American muscle.
This beauty is not just a car, it's an embodiment of adventure, history, and the pure joy of cruising, especially with the power top down and open skies.
A Classic Cruiser with a Rich History According to the Deluxe Marti Report, this pony car was originally painted in Presidential Blue.
It received a vibrant makeover and now stands out in a captivating Burgundy.
Its rich history is woven into its very fabric, as it's only had 3 owners since its production 55 years ago.
The previous owner cherished this Mustang for over 40 years.
I had it for the last 2 years restoring it, and now it's ready to make new memories with you.
This Mustang lived its life in the Phoenix, Arizona area for over 11 years from 2010 to 2021 with the previous owner, enjoying the warm climate and avoiding harsh winters.
During this time, it was driven sparingly, clocking in around 1,000 miles per the previous owner.
Upon finding its way into my hands in July 2021, I continued the legacy, dedicating the next 2 years to meticulous maintenance and care, and restoring it to be a driver in San Diego, California putting less than 2,000 miles on it.
Timelessly Restored, Endlessly Adored This vintage ride has undergone a transformative journey, enhancing its glory of being a cruiser and offering you an opportunity to own an automotive masterpiece.
The previous owner said that the engine was rebuilt, and exhaust system and cooling system were rebuilt around 2011.
Also, the transmission was rebuilt, a new flywheel was installed, and the window regulators were repaired in 2020.
After I purchased this Mustang in July 2021, it underwent a wide-ranging restoration journey up until August 2023, which I have all of the receipts to support.
Unfortunately, I do not have any of the receipts from the previous owner.

As with any classic vehicle, there are a few areas that a new owner might consider for further enhancement.
These opportunities for personalization and refinement allow you to make this Mustang truly your own.
To the best of my knowledge, there are no major issues preventing you from using this Mustang as a driver immediately.
Although, there are 10 minor issues you might want to get fixed.
All of these minor issues were present before I purchased the car in July 2021.
1-The driver-side window needs to be adjusted so when the window is completely up, it aligns perfectly to close the door with the new convertible top, which was installed in May 2023.
The upholster who installed the new top does not adjust windows.
2-The driver-side convertible top latch is slightly tough to close when putting the power top up.
It does latch, but it takes a little force.
3-The tires look new and work great, but they are over 12 years old, which you might want to replace, especially if you get new wheels of your liking.
4-The hood closes slightly to the right towards the driver side when facing the car, but the hood closes fine.
The spring on the left is shifting slightly up causing this issue.
5-The clock in the dash does not currently work, but I did not work on it so it might be an easy fix.
6-The RPM tachometer in the dash does not currently work, but I did not work on it so it might be an easy fix.
7-The temperature gauge in the dash does not currently work, but the water temperature gauge below the radio works perfectly.
I tested it with the mechanic when we installed the new thermostat.
8-The horn works, but it is disconnected in the steering column because I did not need it.
The horn is connected to the Viper alarm and works fine.
9-There are some small paint bubbles on the driver side of the car.
10-There are some minor surface rust areas in the undercarriage, trunk, and 2 small spots on the top inner fenders near the joints when you open the hood that you might want to get professionally fixed.
Modern Comfort, Classic Style Experience the best of both worlds with the Custom Autosound Bluetooth Radio and short antenna, allowing you to enjoy your favorite tunes in a retro style radio while cruising.
The driver-side seat track extender caters to taller drivers, ensuring maximum comfort for every journey.
Chrome valve covers, air cleaner, and oil breather cap add a touch of sophistication, and the electric choke for the carburetor assists with smooth starts.
Enhanced Security Features Since this Mustang is such a head-turner and is a driver, safety and security are paramount, which is why it boasts top-of-the-line security enhancements.
The NRG quick-release wood grain steering wheel ensures peace of mind, while the Viper car alarm with worldwide GPS tracking keeps it under watch at all times.
Additionally, the Ravelco anti-theft device acts as a fail-safe kill-switch to thwart any potential thieves.
